The word “Hatha” comes from Sanskrit: Ha=Sun and Tha= Moon. Hatha Yoga is a traditional branch of yoga that focuses on physical postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), and relaxation. It is generally slower and more gentle compared to dynamic styles like Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.

Iyengar Yoga is a precise, alignment-focused style of yoga developed by B. K. S. Iyengar. It emphasizes correct posture, detailed instruction, and the use of props to make poses accessible and safe for everyone.

Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual and energetic form of yoga that combines movement, breathwork, chanting (mantra), meditation, and mudras (hand gestures). Its goal is to awaken the dormant spiritual energy known as kundalini, believed to rest at the base of the spine.
